How to Drive Safely
On the test, they try and trick people actually by asking you if you always need to drive the speed limit. The basic law says that rather than driving at the legal posted speed limit, adjust your driving speed for road conditions or whatever affects the safe operation of your vehicle. In high school, a friend's mom actually got a ticket for driving too slow as well. If there are five cars lined up behind you, you're actually required to find a turnout or a new roadway to let traffic pass you. They also say that you should never apply brakes if you hydroplane.
