We always saw a huge shift in people's perceptions after his infamous trip to India,. The pandemic and the way that he approached that pandemic also added to their dislike. But what's different about what people felt about Stephen Harper in 2015 and how they feel about Justin Trudeau today is they disliked Stephen Harper.
