Having Dinner as Meal for the Day?

Dinner is almost exclusively protein and maybe some fibrous vegetables in the mix. It's kind of my my meal for the day where have to actually put time and effort and focus into cooking and enjoying all those different foods or things like that. And i don't have to stress out about running out of calories super early in the day, or getting to a point where i went a little overboard with my breakfast. You could wake up, have a really big meal and then just have a couple targeted protein servings later in the day.
