Fedmaster Accounts, Stable Coins?
The Fed recently released guidelines, three tiers of institutions. The lowest tier is the one where FinTech's like stable coins would apply for a Fedmaster account. Peter Navarrette: I don't like the idea of non-bank fintech-saving master account status. He says we need to get much more specific and give this away from the Reserve Banks.
