We don't see the world as it is. We see it as we are, right? That's that idea I was talking about earlier. Can we start to allow a little bit more room in to the judgments that we make? Another word for it is, can we have more perspective and different perspective on life? The next one is the middle way. It's really working on getting rid of all or nothing thinkingthat is problematic for us in so many different ways. And then finally, the last principle is the practice of generosity. How can we live with a more open heart? Some of this is doing more generous action, but some of it is also reconnecting back to the generosity
