Wendy's Tattoo Changed Color

Wendy and her companions insisted that her name was Chantico. She had the tattoo covered up with a bandage, but whether or not the tattoo is in the process of removal or she's simply covering it up, I'm not sure. It seems on top of the drastic emotional changes Wendy has endured that there have been some sort of physical changes too.
