The First Second and Third World
The third and third world has become sort of pejorative in the English language now because people used it in such a horrible way for a very long time. But I find that that division is pretty useful, especially when you're talking about 1945. Why don't you define the first second and third world from your perspective? Absolutely. In the original iteration of third world, it was an entirely positive, optimistic, hopeful project.
