Judge Chutkin's View on the Case Going to Trial

The former president sought a stay in the US Supreme Court and sought a writ of certiorari to have review in the Supreme Court. The day the Supreme Court denied that stay the documents started flowing over to the House Select Committee. So I think it's really fair to say based on your experience and her reputation that this is just a very different judge than Aileen Cannon. And I think her background shows she will give a very fair trial to any defendant including Donald Trump, which is as it should be.
