The Last Days
Second Timothy chapter three opens with a whole thing about the last days and like it seems much further off. He says in you must understand this that in the last days, distressing times will come for people will be lovers of themselves,. boasters, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents. All scripture is God breathed or as the NRSV puts it, all scripture is inspired by God. The word was used exclusively to refer to Jewish scriptures in this time period.
