The final agenda item is to rate the meeting. We, we used to do it in Slack where it would be like, all right, rate it. And then you'd have these, you know, one to 10. Then you got to have honesty. Well, what you do is you just give it a nine and then people like, cause our objective is to have it be a 10. So then the person is allowed to be like, well, Mark, why wasn't it a 10? The rating allows you just to kind of externalize the, it's like you're not making it about the person that ran the meeting.
