The Intersection of Leadership and Diversity

The intersection of leadership and diversity may be a completely new concept for many people. When i started doing this work in graduate school, i is houd try not to study gender or race or diversity. But every study i did on the topic of leadership, i would find genera differences. The same behavior that predicts success for male leaders predicts failure for female leaders. So you can't ignore those differences if you're a serious scientist.
