How to Quit Consulting and Start Living Off Savings
For me, the reason why I could quit consulting cold turkey and just live off savings to start in the beginning was because I didn't have a girlfriend. And I had the freedom to like take that risk. But if you already have a wife and kids, that's a risk you probably don't want to take. That just means you need to make different decisions. You need to pay more attention to those market things. If AI is getting hot, maybe that's something you should take a look at. It depends too, if you have something that you really are passionate about that you must go into.
