The Monocrop Problem
The majority of soy, particularly soy that's growing, is fed to animals anywhere that we grow now. So if we didn't have the animals, we could reduce the amount of soy and grow by a huge margin. The other thing that people talk about a lot is transport and, you know, food miles. But when you look at the carbon impact of what we eat, actually transport accounts for a very small amount of that.
