Are Women More Competent Leaders Than Men?

Db: I think it's really interesting to look at what we're willing to accept from male candidates versas female candidates. In three 60 ratings, when they evaluated by people who were actually qualified to judge their skill, women were rated as more competent. Do i believe that women had to be that much better in order to land a leadership position, given all we know about barriers and biaces? Yes. And i'm embarrassed that i didn't come across that sooner. If you're married to a bad feminist, i just feel ike i was a bad person not being aware of this and not try to do something about it.
