Suicide: A Trigger Warning

A butter knife was stuck into a fake tree at the base of a building in Colorado. The maintenance man said it had been removed three times, but always made its way back there. A former girlfriend told Stewart she saw a man walking up and down the second floor who "didn't look really human" She asked staff if they'd done anything to stop him from taking his own life. No one knew what happened; he committed suicide two weeks later. It took her over a decade for them to do anything about it.
