Women in Business - Do You Think It Will Have a Disproportional Impact?

I think, disproportionately. It's probably affecting lower income women, but oght obviously in the kind of professional class too. I know of some friends whoave either gone part time or they just find that the life style of taking care of kids and having to manage a full time job totally impossible. So theyr they're either taking time off or leaving. And i think, you know, trying to understand women's place in the in the new normal work force will bea huge, huge challenge....
