The Paradox Between Practice and Learning

I think when it's external or it's an analogy, it allows for more self-organization, more chances to explore. With that being said, like we're doing our year-end meetings and most of them like the players like I want more feedback or practice. And a lot of it comes from they want to be better right then in that moment. So yeah, I'll try to explain that kind of paradox between practice and learning.
