So i'm basically taking this next week as like a Final diet break I figured like okay when I was hitting that low on corn aboard 1a 3.6 the next like two were basically just gaining weight So  this i'm doing basically four days at more or less maintenance Um just to kind of de-stress Hopefully lose some water or get some better sleep, etc And then I will have a final three days of like basically depletion to get away in next Saturday, so next Saturday. I'll take my pictures and then I'll be officially done Awesome. Well, I'm I'm jealous of you because I think few people are looking forward to the end of this upcoming week as much
