The U.S. had built up some of the most impressive capabilities here in space able to do many things that even just a few years ago will be disregarded as science fiction but are now part of washington's deep and growing orbital arsenal. Throughout all these strengths there is a weak point you see as impressive as these satellites are they also have paper thin walls easy to fry sensors, operating in a theater or a tiny nudge in the wrong direction will send them plummeting straight back down to earth to burn up in the atmosphere.
