How to Measure Psychological Safety
How do you balance that? That's a good question. I think the way we would approach that, approach any endeavor to improve psychological safety by measuring it. And when we measure it, what we get is an average score. So if everybody is an 8 out of 10 and the average score is eight out of 10, well, they have very abilities very small. We can see that maybe you have a group of people who feel awesome. Hey, psychological safety. Yeah, A plus. And then you have another group of peoplewho feel like they're on the outside and that they can't speak up. You're going to have everything in between.
