The Plastic Trackers in Tesco Bags?
Jollonogora was a stopover point for plastic on the way somewhere else. Both bits of plastic that ended up there stayed there for a couple of weeks and then moved on elsewhere. Tesco's stance is that they have a relationship with a supplier who handles this waste for them. They regularly check the supplier to ensure that the waste is being disposed of properly.
