What Is Stress?

Stress is the way it's the word for how our mind is responding to you being a human in life. Some of what we experience is good stuff and some of it's bad stuff, but it's all still stress. We can also learn how to recognize when we've shifted into misunderstanding stress and are possibly shifting over that then pushes us into toxic stress as opposed to a healthy stress. Fortunately, this is something that we can learn to do so we can learning to change our understanding of stress.
