Biological Chemistry
Kevin Tracy was a chemistry major at Boston University Medical School. He went on to work in the lab of his mentor, Dr. Ross Trachtenberg. Kevin says he tried to synthesize pustricin but never got a positive NMR plot so couldn't prove it. His first contribution to the scientific literature is in acknowledgement of Ross's paper saying that they had synthesized it and thank you Kevin Tracy for doing some work a few years earlier.
