In the book, you argue that there's a bunch of forces kind of pushing us in direction and you kind of helpfully break that down into biological, cultural, and economic. And I think by thinking about these forces, I think it also helps us understand what we can do to become better at not overlooking subtracting. The other one that was really surprising, butI think really powerful to understand how deep-rooted it is, is competency. You know, this competence is really a deep-rooting thing that we're working against in a lot of cases, right? Because you can show competence by taking away from people who don't deserve it.
