The Unspoken Struggle of Time Management

For me personally, I'm trying to get rid of most distractions, not add more complexity. Unless you forcefully add calendar blocks or focus times, you're not going to get your time back. And what I do is I try to keep at least in our team, we have this practice of keeping Tuesdays and Fridays open,. So it's more like focused work. Do you feel like you have a sense of predictability to your week then? Somewhat, but it depends on the burning items that come up on Tuesday.
