The Origins of Magna Carta in Sweden

What sets Sweden and Scandinavia apart, this really doesn't fit for Denmark and southern Sweden, is that widespread private property ownership existed there in a way that he didn't in the rest of Europe. And the other thing is that they had rights, the people of these northern societies, they had legal rights, including property, to much greater extent than other parts of the world. So many people would say Magna Carta is a precursor to modern capitalism and modern democracy, which I completely agree with. If you want to simplify those rights that come in Magna carta, had existed in a country like Sweden for much longer.
