Kenneth Parnell's Alleged Abduction of a Boy
Kenneth parnell pleaded no contest to felony hit and run. Loera said he was sorry for flaying the sene and hoped others could learn from his experience. The 71 year old was in poor health suffering from emphasima and diabedes.
