We always have this fight going on within us: Am I going to get up? If I'm going toget up, am I going to take the car? Those kinds of choices we make. So actually, what we should be doing is creating environments that make it easy for people to move around under their own steam. When you think about the conditions that humans lived under for thousands of years, we didn't have the easy availability of calories that we have now.
