The Inhaler Isn't Worthless, but It's Not as Good as We Thought It Was
Instead of placibo getting stronger, what we're discovering is that the medicines just wurnt as strong as we thought they were initially. Like the inhaler isn't worthless, but it's maybe not quite as effective as we thought it was. What we see is the placibo stealing effect from the active treatment - which is exactly what you would expect to see if it was because we're doing trials better now.
