The Promise of the Lord to Elijah

Elijah said in verse 10, know that there shall fall to the earth. Nothing of the word of the Lord. So when it says that not a word will fall to the ground, it means that it's all going to be accomplished. And then he goes on to talk about this promise that the Lord made concerning ahab. He says, which the Lord spoke concerning the house that they had for the Lord has done what he said by a servant Elijah. God said he would destroy the house of Amory slash ahab. That is precisely what has now just happened.
