I was eating a lot of sugary, carby stuff for breakfast. I slapped on one of those meters and it went crazy. So these days I eat omelets with veg in. And the way I judge it now is do I get crazy hungry at about 11 or don't I? That suggests that whatever I've had a couple of hours earlier isn't that great. Number three is something I've grown to love, which I really didn't know 12 years ago - fermented foods. You're having at least one shot of fermented food every single day.
