The ideal scenario is when you know that the end is on the horizon, but you have enough juice in the tank to make some tweaks and to fix some things. A Facebook group that has 25,000 members in it is worth call it just for numbers, call it $5,000, $10,000. The best way to do it is when things are going well, you start looking for someone that can buy it. And so up up trend and analytics like viewership, subscriber growth, all of those things, if you can get out while those are on the uptrend, it will, you'll get out for much more than otherwise.
