How Do You Write a Decision Journal?

I would love to go back and read your journals as you were like meteoric rise. So I think I think that people learn in different ways. And for me, the way that I really learned was through conversation with others. That's just my learning style. You know, so for me, that internalized conversation of the group became my own journal. By the time I ever get it down on paper, it's been really well-journalled. It's just been journaled in this way that I have, my mind happens to work really well.
