The Coach and the Coaches

Giving the player space to talk and how you know their ideas and they'll often come up with things is something i've found. I used to ask a question then halfway through the answer because if the answer i expected i cut them off so you never know if they would add on to the answer that i would expect. The whole thing sort of um sort of took a life of its own almost the discussion and that's where all the best ideas came from. It's a fantastic environment to try and create if you possibly can.
