Positive Constructive Daydreaming

There are three types of daydreaming that have been studied by Jerome Singer. The first is build it into your day, the second is to be doing something low key and the third is positive wishful imagery. If you use this as a regular practice, just for 15 minutes, a couple times a week, your brain will become more creative and it will also become more energized. Just to have the kind of state that we talked about, the brain can be fatigued. We've got to figure out a way to work out our brains so that they feel healthier.
