We don't often have conversations about the pros and cons of centralization versus decentralization, because we often assume one or the other a sort of default. I think you want to start with either as a default. Always comes down to having principles and structures and things. The figures wild its will ono were deliberate. Create structures so that you can make decisions in a way that people have actually agreed to making asina beautiful.
