The Roots of Hair and Nail Disposal

Tabitha sent us a couple of messages in response to the vault episode about finger nails. She says, i can't help but think that all the hair and nail connection to fertility and plant growth might stem from the fact that earthworms and other decomposers love to et carton. It's a great source of protein for them. So if you bury your hair and nails, you will get boosted plant growth in that area. That makes me feel good about putting all that cat hair back in the in the garden,. which i've never scientifically verified to see if that actually helps keep creature's out of the garden. But i'm like, i have all this cat hare.
