Dina Zelensky: Even after thousands of years, we're still able to extract meaningful information from the DNA. Storing data on DNA is not new; Nature has been doing it for several billion years. But how do we store data on DNA? We first learned to sequence or read DNA, and very soon after how to write it or synthesize it. This is much like how we learn a new language.
