The pharmaceutical industry is worth a couple trillion dollars and has a big impact on our society. The question I would put forward is similar to sex trafficking. If we had a carve out from 230 on national security, I would bet that organizations and platforms could use an LLM, a large language model, to recognize this type of data. And before it gets forwarded or out of control, move in and flag it for human review. Because there is no need, there is no incentive. It costs too much.
