Is There a Direct Relationship Between Brain Size and Humanity?

Our brain to body size ratio among humans is one to 40. So our brain makes up about one-fortieth of our body mass. That's the same ratio that a mouse has. Mice just, I don't care how you cut it, they're just not as intelligent as humans. But on the other hand, an elephant's brain to body ratio is one to 560 and elephants are super smart. It seems like the connections of the brain as we'll see are what really matter.
