I'm curious if you can think of a time in your own career where your imagined urgency behind an email or communication made your team anxious. Well, i can think back to so many different examples but let me share one that i will never forget. I had recently brought on a new team member who was based in dallis. He was working on some marketing efforts with me. And i thought things were going well. In the first six weeks, he was responsive to all my emales. He got the work done. It felt like everything was smooth. But about six weeks in,  he said,. no, i don't think things are going great i'm thinking about quitting
