The Realms of Lucid Dreams

There is the unbound world, which is the waking world. Then there are the outer realms, which are sort of all of the goofy, collective, unconscious dream worlds. There are four realms in them and... Did they call it baronies? No. These are just realms. Yes, it's a place you can go, and a power source you can use in harness. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's 200 years in the future.
