The Growth of Black Colleges and Universities
In 18 90, you got the passage of the second moral act. And it requires in the funding of land grant universities. Um, that if you're in a segregated space, that you have to create a land grant university for black students as well as white students. And so that leads, in the late nineteenth century to the growth of another surge of historically black colleges and universities in the south. There's some thant i don't even know about, and i cant o pride myself on knowing almost all of them.
