The Long Range Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court

A lot of these things that Republicans are doing now, they didn't originate a year ago or two years ago. I just hope that our side doesn't get distracted from the attacks on democracy and not dedicate the time and energy necessary to build a positive jurisprudence. The other thing that I find surprising is why more Democrats haven't embraced changing the structure of the Supreme Court. Part of the problem is that a lot of Democratic elected officials are still treating the court as a good faith branch of government.
