Is There an External Threat From Al-Shabab?
I am concerned about the degree to which a alshabab is able to project outside of samalia, especially in that immediate, in their immediate environs. Shabab's intent for external operations farther afield is is the subject of a lot of scrutiny in the intelligence community. And so i would describe the over all external threat from shabob as something that has to be op intelligence priority and certainly is.
