Home buyers need to buy a home. If you are having a second child, you have to get out of your apartment. And the people who are selling their home, they have to buy. So that's a natural progression of some inventory will still be there. My point is sellers generally speaking don't need to sell. Whereas people need to buy at some point for house information. That's the thing that could get buyers to blink first and keep prices relatively from falling apart.
