How to Cope With Your Emotions
K mood swings and intense emotions can provoke negative or unwanted thoughts that eventually trigger feelings of hopelessness or despair. And this kind of cycle can eventually lead to unhealthful coping mechanisms like self harm, even thoughts of suicide. So if you begin to even remotely have thoughts about suicide or urges to harm yourself, you needn't talk to a trusted loved one who can help get you support right away. If you're considering suicide, or you've had thoughts of harming yourself or others, you can help by calling the substance abuse mental health services administration.
