Jenni just spent a day with their team talking about all things organizational culture. What she loves about this team is that they asked her to come and talk with them about culture to help them proactively think about their culture as they have some big initiatives and growth ahead. They weren’t reacting to a problem in their culture; they were proactively trying to prepare their team for the season ahead.
