The Different Roles of a Product Manager

At Desmart, I was the first and only product manager in the time that I was there. That's a very, very different experience than coming into Google. The buck stops with the product manager when it comes to responsibility often if something goes wrong will tend to be the ones who are accountable. But we really have a cross functional leadership team typically where we're all collaborating and making joint decisions.
