The Los Angeles Real Estate Market Is Getting Worse
I think we're starting to see the distress play out and we had the announcement from our last week. Now we're seeing these buildings that were, you know, offered being brought back to market at half the price. And again, these are just asking prices. These are closed prices and in both those instances I think it's unlikely that they sell at the current list price. So it'll be very interesting to see if you know we kind of hinted around that maybe the beginning of this downturn was started last week with those large scale announcements.
